How it works
Inquiry
Email us in English. "Can I build on this land?" is a fine place to start.
Proposal & rough estimate
We reply within a few business days with ideas and a rough estimate.
Design
We decide the design, size, doors and options together.
Contract
We send the contract and go through it with you. Payment: 40% at contract, 30% before foundation work, 30% on completion.
Building permit & construction
Whether you need a building permit depends on the site and conditions; even under 10 m² it may be required. As a first-class architect office we check and handle it for you. Then foundation, framing and finishing.
Inspection & handover
After the completion inspection, we hand over your garage. Typical lead time: about 6–12 months from contract.
Questions
Do you build outside Nagano?
Yes. We build anywhere in Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. We do not export overseas.
Can you handle the building permit?
Yes. As a first-class architect office, we prepare and file the building permit and arrange the completion inspection.
Can I choose the size?
Yes. Sizes can be set in millimeters and garage doors in inches. Use the estimate page for a rough price.
Is the estimate free?
